LBA's FOUNDER

LBA Publications (LBAP) was established in 1995 in Toronto by Mr. Lal Balkaran, a published author. Initially focusing on reference material on international professional accounting and business certification programs, LBAP, since 1999, started to include other non-business publications in its business.
